A Beautiful Tahoe Wedding

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The balance is due prior to your event. If the event date is under 7 days, 100% of the package price is required at the time of booking paid by PayPal Invoice with or without a PayPal account.  $100. is non-refundable but may be reapplied to another date.*  Call me to confirm the time is still available and I will email you the Invoice.

You may pay your deposit and final payment to A Beautiful Tahoe Wedding by PayPal. I accept payment by PayPal Invoice using an account # or Credit Card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this method.  You may also send me a check made out to Nance Leikhim.  Final payments are by PayPal or in Cash only. 

*Changes/Cancellations: If you need to change or reschedule your event for any reason a written notice is required. Cancellations must be in writing or email with return receipt and there are no deposit refunds within 30 days of the event date, but your payment may be applied to a future date within the next 12 months. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can make the necessary changes. Availability for some services may be difficult to obtain. I am not responsible for the weather or event delays. The indoor location is available for rain or snow or when requested.

If your event is more than 30 minutes late, for any reason, the event may need to be rescheduled at the Minister's discretion and additional fees may apply.

Throwing of rice, birdseed, confetti or releasing helium balloons are prohibited due to possible harm to the wildlife and birds.

Liability Release: Client agrees to hold A Beautiful Tahoe Wedding and my sub-contractors harmless from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses relating to services arising out of this Agreement.  

Photo Release: I hereby grant to A Beautiful Tahoe Wedding the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, my wedding, or in which I may be included, for Bridal publications, electronic reproductions (web sites) and/or promotional materials or any other purpose and in any manner or medium. In addition, I grant my permission to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release the photographer and A Beautiful Tahoe Wedding from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. Please write me or email me if you do not wish your photo to be put online or used for publicity.

Privacy Policy

Your online privacy is important to me.  I honor your privacy and hope you will as well honor mine. To better protect your privacy I provide this notice explaining my online information practices and the choice you can make about the way your information is collected and used. I collect contact information (like your name, address, telephone number and email address) through the online contact form or over the telephone. I do not sell, share or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone unless I have your express consent to share your information; or, unless I need to share your information with the vender you requested to provide you the product or service needed or the disclosure is necessary to protect or enforce my rights or the rights of other users.  A Beautiful Tahoe Wedding
